I am a former collegiate and professional basketball player and a Level 3 Fredrick Stretch Therapy Specialist. I use multiple modalities including Chinese cupping, fascial scraping, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage to help my clients mitigate pain, improve range of motion, and increase athletic performance by relieving fascial adhesions in soft tissue.
Basketball was a large part of my life from the time I could walk until my final professional season in 2018. However, my path to playing professional basketball was not easy, I suffered from a leg injury when I was a child that left my leg crooked. It took multiple major surgeries to correct my deformity but not after playing high school and college basketball with a crooked leg.
I was able to recover from my surgeries and relearn how walk, run, and play basketball. Eventually I was able to earn an opportunity to play professionally overseas.
All of my injuries led me to pursue a career in helping people manage their own injuries and overcome pain to allow them to pursue their passions and dreams. I work with all people young and old, from those that participate in recreational activities all the way to the professional athlete.
